However, as its name suggest, its twisted like in the literal manner. That is the only thing that makes it different than the paired one.

It has an impedance of three hundred ohms which basically is the mere reason why its referred to as the three hundred ohm line. It was derived from there and it greatly affected its capability to support on devices that has antennas in it.
